Office Manager

Summary of Position: The Office Manager is responsible for communications between the customer, company president and the production manager.  Tasks include but not limited to: basic accounting, order entry, generating PO's, issuing and maintaining job tickets, handling HR related issues and inventory management.  The environment is fast paced yet rewarding.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient, accurate, dependable and friendly
• College Degree - will consider 5-15 years experience in related field
• Multi-tasking
• Computer skills - MS Word, Excel and Access
• Basic Accounting Skills - Use of Quickbooks

Assembly/Secondaries/Machine Operator

Summary of Position: The person working in assembly/secondaries reports to the production manager. Tasks include but not limited to: insert molding, sonic welding, press fitting, heat staking, light machining, trimming, packaging and basic inspection of plastic prodution parts and subassemblies. The equipment used at K2 is state-of-the-art modern machinery and tools well maintained to offer our customers the highest quality parts and K2's employees the safest most comfortable work environment.
